GI Classes

Our Gi program offers a full progression of classes designed for every level. Beginner classes focus on developing fundamentals while easing students into controlled live rolling. For those ready to push further, our Advanced classes focus on transitions, submissions, and strategies that prepare students for competition or high-level training.

Competition

Our Competition class training intensity is higher and structured to simulate real competition conditions, helping you refine timing, transitions, and composure under pressure. Our competition training builds the skill, confidence, and resilience to perform at your best.

No-GI Classes

Our No-Gi program mirrors the technical structure of Gi training, adapted to the unique grips, movement, and submissions of No-Gi grappling making it an excellent choice for students interested in MMA

MMA

Our MMA classes bring together the best of striking and grappling under the guidance of Professor Wilson Reis, a former UFC Flyweight. Whether you’re training for competition or looking to challenge yourself with a full-combat discipline, our MMA program builds real skill, strategy, and confidence.
